Hướng dẫn cài đặt thêm License cho Cisco Wireless Controller 2504 (CT2504)

- Hôm nay, mình sẽ hướng dẫn thêm license quản lý access point cho Cisco Wireless Controller CT2504. Trong bài này mình sẽ sử dụng AP license là L-LIC-CT2504-25A để quản lý thêm 25 AP nữa.

Bước 1: Đăng ký thông tin thiết bị:

- Vào trang portal license của Cisco: Link tại đây . Sau đó đăng ký Khóa xác thực của sản phẩm (Product Authorization Key (PAK)) và những thông tin đăng ký bằng file PDF hoặc bản cứng bằng chuyển phát.
- Đăng ký PAK sử dụng thông tin là Product ID (PID) và số serial number trong WLC. Để lấy thông tin này bạn có thể vào theo GUI: Controller > Inventory. Hoặc sử dụng lệnh command show license udi.

Bước 2: Cài đặt AP License:
- Vào trang GUI của WLC: Management > Software Activation > Commands > Actions > Install License. Bên dưới File name to install (tftp-url) bạn nhập IP của TFTP server và tên của license vào (vd: 10.0.0.10/*******.lic).

- Sau khi đã đẩy dữ liệu của license lên WLC xong, sẽ xuất hiện thông báo cần khởi động lại để license có tác dụng.

Bước 3: Kiểm tra license:
- Sau khi WLC đã reboot xong, bạn có thể kiểm tra license vừa được thêm vào trong GUI: Management > Software Activation > License. Click vào license đó để kiểm tra thêm nhiều thông tin hơn.

- Lệnh kiểm tra command sẽ là:
